Went here for my annual appointment. The appointment with Dr. Vyas went fine. I did feel rushed out the door, but I didn't mind. No one likes to stay at the gyno longer than needed. I was prescribed birth control pills, and went on my way. The Dr told me if I had any spotting midway through the pack, to call and get a stronger dosage. Well, about halfway through the pack, I started spotting heavily. I called right away to get a different dosage and was told someone would call me back in 24 hours. This was December 14th. Today is January 6th, I've called numerous times, and I can't get anyone to call me back. I would literally take only 5 seconds of their time to resolve this issue. Worst care I've ever received in my life. I won't be back.
