Book an appointment with Shantel and…

Book an appointment with Shantel and plan to bring a good book with you. In my experience you can expect things to take at least an hour longer than normal. Be extra polite and sensitive to her issues and concerns. DO NOT show up early or you can expect to be scorned for being in the way while you wait. Her quality of work is decent/nice. You will likely be happy with her styling but the customer service skills of the shop are poor at best. Overall unless your day is wide open I wouldn't recommend Shantel.
