Flamingo Chateau

1 star is to much to this apartment place. I just moved out after a year to long. The office workers changed 4 times while i was there. Maintenance takes there time in fixing things but will do a half job "fixing it". My fridge went out on me twice lost all of my food both times would not replace. When they came to fix it left mud and dirt all over my house. Garbage disposal broke replaced and left a mess all under my sink and floor. Heater broke and said matience isn't on property it will be a couple of hours to try to find someone if not it wont be until tomorrow. Bug infested coming out of my sink under my sink and smelled gross. The "security gates" were ALWAYS broken, always open. The pool is always closed Matience and office manager massaging each other out by the pool. Pengin poop everywhere. I put a work order in 4 times for my porch light took them 7 months to fix. Cops always in and out drugs being dealed. Matience drinking and drunk outside working after office already closed and threatening to smash someones face in and jumping over the wall as I am walking to my car. Dog poop EVERYWHERE. Office people are very rude. The price is high and on a busy street. Loud music played not quiet. Office is always closed early or opened late. No consitancy. Corperate does not do anything and doesn't return your phone calls. You try to talk to them they always put you on hold or will get back to you but they never do.

Do not rent here. Ran down it's not worth your time energy or all the trouble you will go through.
