RUN!!!! THIS BUSINESS CHARGES FOR EVERYTHING. SOMEONE SHOULD CONSIDER LEGAL ACTION AGAINST THEM. ESPECIALLY FOR CHARGING TO RETRIEVE YOUR OWN PROPERTY.

WENDY A REP THERE IS EXTREMLY RUDE WHO TOLD BE TO "SHUT UP" THIS DOES NOT CONCERN YOU. THEN LATER I WAS THE PERSON WHO WAS IN CONTROL OF THE EVENT SINCE I HAD A VALID DRIVERS LICENSE. -

This business should be shut down. I was in to get my vehicle and was refused information and yelled at profusely by a African American woman with a strange haircut that claimed to be the manager. She refused to tell me who the store manager was and said that I would have to wait a extra hour for pissing her off. She said "sit your white a$$ down I have your car don't I!"

Very unprofessional.
Very unprofessional. They have unclear and unprofressional business policies. Did not accept company check from another tow yard, was not told this untill we made the 5 hour drive to pick up a vehicle. Office personell are very unhelpful. When our business owner called to talk to a supervisor they said it is business policy that no one can speak to a supervisor. Horrible business.

Took over an hour to come have my vehicle towed. Other than the employee who towed my vehicle everyone else was rude and had no social etiquette on the phone. It sounded like teenagers was running the company. They do not listen to you when you are explaining something and pre assume what you are going to say then put you on hold at mid-sentence. Highly do not recommend this towing company.

I cannot begin to describe the terrible customer service with this company.
My mother passed away and her car was towed; they did not inform me of this until almost three weeks later, when nearly $800 in storage had been racked up. They will not help me negotiate those costs, despite the extenuating circumstances.
I understand their job is difficult and that every second person whose car is towed is probably a huge paint, but every person I've spoken to has been rude, unpleasant and unwilling to help me. A woman (Wendy?) there legitimately asked me if my mother was driving the car when it was towed. As I explained to her three times already, no, because SHE IS DEAD.
I keep asking to speak with a manager and they keep taking my information and never calling back. Phoebe has been the only person there to actually remain civil and try to help.
This is made even more difficult due to the fact that I live in Los Angeles, not Las Vegas. -

This management is exttremly difficult to work with, they won't work with insurance company or the body shop. I had to take time off of work to get the car released and I had to Pay them in person!!!!!!!!! If Metro calls this company to tow your car, tell them to get another company as this outfit sucks!!!!!!!!!! I will never use them for my business let alone my personal vehicles. -

They stole stuff out of my car before I had the chance to get to their tow yard. I was involved in a horrible accident my car was towed to their yard and in 3 days they stole all of my personal belongings. Horrible company please call your own tow to avoid these crooks.

After a tow from FAST TOWING, my car was returned to me OIL FREE. That's right...they had ripped a whole in my oil pan during towing, now they are refusing to take responsibility for the costly repairs to my vehicle. NOT ONE employee in that entire business was moral enough to stand up and take responsibility for their negligence in handling my car. PUSH your car rather than get it towed by these crooks! I will see them in court.
