My boyfriend who lives in Texas had my favorite roses delivered on Valentines Day, besides the fact that my name and his name was spelled wrong on the card, the flowers were amazing!!!! The presentation was amazing, I was very pleased. I took a picture an sent it to him and he was happy because it was exactly what he ordered. Also it took a little longer than he expected for me to recieve the flowers and when he called the woman on the phone was very nice and apologized to him for the delay in the delivery.........I would definitely use them again.

If could they would get no stars at all!!
Ruined Valentines day for me. NO delivery, NO explaination, no communications. My wifes thought I had forgotten so I had to print out a picture and my reciept just so I wouldn't be in an all out fight!! I tried to call but got an answering service that said I would be called back, which I was a few hours later.
Not only did you ruin Valentines they have now started the next day on a bad note, seriously wasting my time because of the phone calls the emails the lack of communication.
Do yourself a favor, Dont use this company if you want something delivered!
After the initial aggrivation has worn off, I eventually got in contact with the people at the florist. I do believe they had a legitiment computer problem. The people that work here are top notch and will go out of there way to make you happy. Thank you for your efforts to fix the error.
My recomendation would be to make sure you talk to someone at there shop.

I can't even begin to explain how exquisite their work is. I hired Enchanted Florist after meeting with several others in Las Vegas and I was floored from the get-go!!! They had incredibly innovative and fresh ideas when we met for the first time and they were willing to work with me on an extremely tight budget. (You know how that can be, Brides!) I felt so comfortable with the rapport that we had built that I told them to just run with it...they could do whatever they wanted for my wedding because I trusted them. (I guess you could say I'm not a very controlling bride). I am so glad I let them ""do their thing"" because when I walked out to our alter in our outdoor wedding, my jaw dropped at how beautiful it was. And, when I saw our room where the reception was held for the first time, I was fighting back tears. They exceeded my expectations in every way possible. So, I would say that anytime you are selecting a florist, it's quite possible that it's for a very special occasion...there is no other choice in Las Vegas. Enchanted Florist has earned my business for life. And, I truly want to thank their staff. Every person that I had the pleasure of dealing with truly was a delight!!! My husband and I thank you and wish you the best of luck. What a gift to have worked with Enchanted Florist!

Delivered the WRONG funeral item then literally laughed when I wanted refund!
Laughed at me on the Day of my Mothers Funeral!
I ordered a funeral piece via Enchanted florists website. I noticed the disclaimer on the bottom that said ""Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the availability of certain flowers in various parts of the country. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement,"" I explained to the woman on the phone that it was very important that the flowers be of Victorian colors as that is what my mother loved and that is why I chose that particular piece so if substitutions needed to be made it was ok as long as the colors were Victorian. She said ""Ok I am glad you told me that""
Our service was being held on Sunday at 4pm and she explained that they were not open on Sundays but would deliver my item on Saturday and it would be the last delivery of the day to insure that the flowers didn't die. Well she showed up at 9:30 am. I was very confused as my arrangement wasn't supposed to be delivered until the end of the day and she then said they closed at noon on Saturdays. No one ever disclosed that to me upon ordering. However just went along with it hoping the flowers would stay fresh until the next evening (keep in mind these are mounted flowers not the type in a vase with water)
She handed me the delivery slip to sign without showing me the item first. Before I signed it I asked to see it, so she took me to her car and pulled it out. The item was NOT what I ordered. The flowers were Red and Dark Purple. Not Victorian but more reminiscent of the elderly womens group called The Red Hat Society. I explained to her I wanted Victorian colors and she said that she was the one that took my order and remembered me saying that, and would take the item back and have it fixed and delivered later that day.
Twenty minutes later I get a call from the shop asking why I refused delivery. I told her that it wasn't the Victorian colors that I ordered she said ""Explain what Victorian colors are"" If she didn't know then shouldn't she have asked before making the order? She told me that they couldn't do another delivery to my house that day, and I asked if I could come pick it up later as it would be hard to get an arrangement the day before the services especially with all my other responsibilities that go along with coordinating a funeral. She said they wouldn't be able to do it that I should just take the one they made. So I told her I wanted a refund. Then she Literally started LAUGHING at me. I told her I wasn't paying $188.00 for something I didn't order and how dare she LAUGH AT ME WHEN MY MOTHER JUST DIED. She said that the ""situation has gotten out of hand and I don't know what to do"" I said ""you need to refund my money"" She stared laughing again and sarcastically said ""Ok then, Bye"" and hung up abruptly.
I was going through a difficult time as it was with my mothers passing, I didn't need the florist insulting me.
Then she called back and left a message apologizing and saying she herself was mourning too. Well if she lost someone as well wouldn't she know how hurt I already was and try to help accommodate me not LAUGH AT ME. My credit card was refunded.
This experience made a difficult time even harder than it was. I see that they disputed the last negative comment that was left for them, I'd like to say that all of the above is 100% true and I will never go back to them nor would I recommend them to anyone. Especially someone who doesn't want to be laughed at when their loved ones pass away.
I've ordered flowers from here on three occasions and every time they've been absolutely wonderful. I spoke with the owner because my wife wanted something very specific - beautiful flowers that were also poisonous. Something about being gorgeous and deadly at the same time - she's weird like that and that's why I married her=]
Anyway, the owner went online and looked up what flowers met those criteria and then ordered some specifically for me. It came in a beautiful arrangement, very fragrant, and they lasted a long time.
When ordering delivery, I always shop here. There's another local shop that I pick up from because they're closer to my house and it's inconvienent to drop by Enchanted on my way home...but I highly recommend these fine folks.
I had a need to send my daughter a dozen red rose's last Saturday, well, I live in Alabama, and she lives there in Vegas. Of course I want the very best for my daughter, hey, that's my daughter. I've tried other florist's, not to my liking though, this time Enchanted Florist came thru for Dad. I've locked their phone number into my phone, and the next time, they'll get my call. Later on that Saturday, I got a very charming call from my daughter thanking me for her rose's. Now, I say "Thank You," to Enchanted Florist for making our day. They are the BEST!

This is the first time I've used Enchanted Florist and I was floored! I ordered a last minute bouqet for valentines day and told them neither of us were really ""Rose people"" but I didn't know exactly what else to order. I told Michelle to get creative and make it fun and colorful. She TOTALLY exceeded my expectations. The flowers were delivered the next afternoon and my boyfriend could not have been happier. Worth EVERY penny! Never use anyone else!
To all the future brides...do NOT go with ENCHANTED Florist for wedding flowers. Wrong order(color) and complete disappointment!

I am one of the owners and wedding specialist at Enchanted Florist. I do not recognize your order or your name. I handle all weddings and after searching my wedding quotes over the last year I cannot find your order through my shop. So that there is never confusion on color, I match our floral design to fabric swatches of linens, bridesmaids gowns, or inspiration materials. I happily supply these swatches when I meet with brides or brides send them to me via mail if we are unable to meet. I can find nothing on your order and I am meticulous in my record keeping. I am proud to say that the wonderful staff at Enchanted Florist and I have provided gorgeous and individualized pieces of floral art for 26 years and will continue to do so with the passion that has become our calling card. I ordered flowers for my mother's birthday to be delivered to her workplace. I even sprung for spending more. When I saw the flowers at her house the next day, they were already wilting and the vase and flowers did not look like the picture at all. DO NOT ORDER FLOWERS from this florist !

I would like to work together and begin discourse between us so that I may most effectively resolve your negative experience with my business. Flowers are an organic product and even though we are festidious in our mantainance and care of the flowers, we cannot control external factors. These factors may have occurred either in... 1. Peru, Chile, Holland, or Thailand where there we farmed. 2. In transit during air shipment. 3. At the wholesale market. On the EXTREMELY RARE occasion when we receive feedback that the flowers we delivered did not perform to expectation; our policy is to replace these flowers without question and upgrade the order by $20. After extensive research into floral business practice, I have found my shop to be the MOST accomodating and liberal with our refunds, replacements and overall customer satisfaction.
