These guys are very professional and nice. I will be using them again. The price was well within my budget.

I had called another competitor for a free estimate that I had used before without any issues. I decided to try Craigslist to try to save some money. I called the number on craigslist ad and spoke to Andy the owner. I cancelled the first free estimate service call and decided to allow Andy to do the replacement of the garage door as he quoted me a discounted price.

Well, he got paid by credit card immediately but I did not receive my emailed receipt as promised until the next afternoon after calling him and complaining that I need to know who I paid over $600.00 six hundred dollars to. Andy was not only impatient in hearing I need to confirm I paid a legitimate company but he was bothered about it and went on and on as to say he did a great job and he did the job the same day that I called him. I reminded him he did work that he was entirely paid for ASAP and the customer is entitled to receive the promised paper work. He accused me of yelling at him and acting out as a result of the holiday season. I did not deserve nor appreciate his rudeness and accusations.

I looked up his business and he is not a registered member of the Better Business Bureau, so I mentioned this to Andy and he said he is not a member because he does not want to pay them any money. I realize I should have looked up information BEFORE doing business with a company as opposed to After.



I would not recommend this business to anyone. Do some research before you decide which business to patronize.

Hands down the best janitor in Las Vegas. Thank you for all your hard work!!!!
