DMV ASAP

If DMV employees hate their jobs so bad, maybe it is time to find a different job. I have never delt with anymore more rude then the man I just talked to on the phone. All I wanted was to know how to cancel the registration on a car that is no longer operational (it caught fire and burned). He insisted that I needed to file a claim with my insurance. I don't want to file a claim. I just wanted to let the DMV know it would no longer need to be insured as my insurance instructed me to do. He got nasty with me and hung up on me after I waited an hour on hold just to ask him if I needed to file a non-op or what else I needed to do to cancel the registration on my burned up car that no one will ever drive again. Now that i found DMV ASAP i wont have to deal with rude DMV people anymore.. Thank YOU!!

I recently had to get a VIN inspection done on a car i bought from AZ because i wanted to register it in NV. I called DMV ASAP, can you believe they had someone come to my house.. pick up my car...take it to the DMV to have the VIN inspection done... then bring it back to me. What other company does that? Just amazing.

I own a business that keeps me business 24/7 but i needed to get my car registered before it expired so i called DMV ASAP. They were super friendly and the process was even easier then actually going to the DMV. They came to my office, picked up the paper work. Went to the DMV for me, then returned the papers back to me all in the same. Wow.
