At Biomat USA Inc. we strive to give you a quick and friendly experience. We know that your donations save lives, and we are thankful that you are choosing to donate plasma with us. Come in, relax on our comfortable reclined chairs and watch a new movie while you help to save lives. During your donation our experienced team members will be happy to assist you with any questions or concerns that you may have. Great staff. This is the best customer service I've seen in 40 yrs. Everyone is happy and helpful. If possible try sports on the tv we wouldn't leave and more clients will come in...
Really great experience donating. No wait, appointments make it so fast and simple to work into schedule.
Best plasma experience I've had.
Wait times are not bad at all, especially since they have appointment times now and more staff screening people. The facility is immaculate and clean, which is surprising based on where in town its located. The staff is PHENOMENAL, I've met so many kind people and it makes the donation go by which. I've been coming here for over a year, and I've never had a bad stick. Also they always run promotions that give you extra money.
The money is good, the people are great, and the facility is clean and professional. Special shout out to my boy Noah, Ashley, Donovan, and Marissa. Absolute superstars.

Provided by SuperpagesAfter reading the reviews..I decided to come anyway..bad mistake.. If you got no other way to make$50 bucks then..the B.S.. And run around is quite irritating.. My first & last time.. Mgr. Randy did his best to straighten out things.. But 2hrs in.. Still haven't went back yet.. Smh.. Dont come if you on your last $. You may get turned away..
Staff is very professional as well as personable, which makes my two donation days very enjoyable and something to look forward to in the course of a week

I like donating at this plasma center. They have great promotiond. It's very clean and the staff is very friendly.

Provided by SuperpagesThey bite the big weenie, I gave plasma and spent hours there, they put the money on a debit card, but when I went to use the card it wasn't on there.
