Great food, Amazing atmosphere!

Excellent food...high quality steak, and not overcharged. Great wine selection. Comfortable atmosphere...feels like your in Paris. Sit outside for views of Bellagio fountains.

The worst Sushi I have ever had worlwide

I have been to sushi restaurants all over the world, and none have been as terrible as this sushi at Ah Sin restaurant at paris casino. You could tell that the entire sushi rolls were frozen prior to being served, and the grade of fish was way below sub standard.
On top of this the service was terrible, a friend of mine ordered a non sushi meal with specific instructions because of a health condition he has. At first, they forgot about his order completely. so half hour later he ordered the dish again, when they brought it out, they completely disregarded his special instructions and gave him a meal that could have put him in the hospital. We spoke to the manager, he seemed completely apathetic to our concerns and was even smiling while we were talking about the terrible food and service. Never ever will I go to this place, and i will completely go out of my way to warn everyone about this terrible establishment....

Cheap, yes. Good, no.

I was there with a large group of people. We decided to do some ""all you can eat"" some individual sushi and some noodle dishes. The ""all you can eat"" was horrible. Absolutely terrible. Most of it was too cold. Too cold. There was a shrimp tempura roll - which SHOULD be served hot -- it was ice cold. Almost frozen. Terrible. The rice doesn't taste good, and there's waaay too much of it.

The individual pieces of sushi was not much better. There was less rice, but the fish was not that fresh. The noodle dishes were okay, passable. However for the inflated prices...this place was NOT good.

I would recommend passing.

All you can eat rice

I'm a huge fan of sushi and at the same time I work at a sushi restaurant. So i do know my sushi. My friends and I was walking around Vegas and saw this sign that reads ""All you can eat sushi roll for $19.99."" So we stop on by and order it. At first the place look really nice and fancy but after waiting 20-30min for our seat when it was before dinner time it was just crazy; we did see alot of empty tables. Then when the server drop by and took our order of the rolls she was a little rude and even after writing the order down she still got our orders wrong when she came back with our food. All that I can understand but the sushi roll itself pushed us over the top. I have never seen so much rice and so little of everything in the rolls. It was like eating rice w/ seaweed. Even then the rolls are old. How i know? The seaweed was so chewy!!! I have to say i would never go back.

Great Location, Great Food, Great Prices - Excellent Sake Bombs

Have eaten here four times, always great food. Server joined us in some sake bombs for a memorable experience. I recommend sitting on the patio and enjoying the amazing views!

Restaurant never seems to be full, i have never had to wait for a table, even on busy weekends.

Worth it for the view alone, but not much else

Great view of the Bellagio fountains, tourists strolling by and taking pictures and not to mention the facade of the Paris hotel itself.

Go for the Bellagio fountains across the street

We were seated outside by the sidewalk which offered nice views of the Bellagio fountains. But as a result I think we were forgotten about. We didn't get our water refilled. I actually had to bring my glass instead and ask a waiter for water! They forgot one of our entree orders. The food was a bit on the salty side. And we couldn't find our waiter to give our bill to.
