The actual optometrist at this location is quite good. \r <br>\r <br>The staff, however, is very rude. I received a pair of glasses from Advanced Eyecare and immediately had two weeks worth of headaches. When I called to schedule an appointment with the doctor, the receptionist told me I only needed to see the ""optician"" on a walk-in basis. When I went in, I told her of the problem and she reponded with, ""What do you expect me to do about it? This obviously isn't a problem with the glasses."" She then offered me a refund. Taken aback, I requested an apointment with the doctor, and she again informed me that I didn't need to see the doctor because this was not a problem with the glasses. I decided to accept the refund offer which she then retracted saying it was my problem and not caused by the glasses. (Amazing since I don't have headaches when I'm not wearing them.) She agreed to refund the price of the frames only. So out of the $350 I paid, I received only $148. \r <br> \r <br>Go to an eye center staffed by professionals and avoid this one!
