My husband went to this location and had a decent visit. When I went they made me sit in the chair for-ev-er. Once my exam was done they told me nothing. I didn't know how many cavities I had, all I knew was that I needed a root canal. The doctor was rude, and he obviously looked over worked. When my root canal procedure began he kept being bothered by other staff who acted like they didn't know what they were doing. I started to get nervous because if you're going to be digging around in my mouth to perform a procedure that requires time, I don't need my doctor to be distracted!!
I ended up being referred to a specialist and my root canal was incomplete. Nothing was explained to me, all I knew was I needed a root canal and I was to set up an appointment with a specialist. I sat in the exam chair when the dentist was obviously done and he just walked off. Finally after a 10 min. wait a staff came to the exam room, looked at me and said, ""we're done with you"". WTH!
I am currently looking for another dental office. I have never been treated as badly as Absolute Dental has treated me. I'm actually afraid to go back there. So, if you like shooting yourself in the leg, go to Absolute Dental.
