Provided by DexKnowsPicked our dog up on Saturday 4/13/19, Carrie was conducting 2 transactions at once and used our card to pay someone elses' balance. She charged our card $360 and when we pointed it out she charged us our $75 and supposedly ran a credit on our card for $360. I understand mistakes happen and banks are slow to refund cards. I called on Friday 4/19 at about 9am - 6 days later - because we haven't received a credit of $360. I was told to call after 10 to speak with Roe, the Manager. Called at 1030 and the man who answered the phone said Roe wouldnt speak to me I had to speak to the owner, Kurt, who wasnt available due to being out of town. I said I'd stop in on monday. Monday 4/22 - 9 days later- at about 11am I went to the business and asked for Roe or Kurt. Kurt is out of town. Roe came out and it was very clear I was bothering her. I explained the situation and she said. I cant do anything I'll have to call the owner. I was put on the phone with Kurt, who is out of town and explained that as a result of their mistake $360 of my money is in limbo and asked for an immediate refund. He said he couldnt refund me the money and that he would call the bank, leave a good number to be reached at and he or Roe would call me back' no one called me. Ive now emailed them. It's now Tuesday 10 days later so we called again, no refund, Roe is out of the office, Kurt is unavailable and Carrie cant do anything. We been taking our dogs here for (3 of them) for a dozen years. Its not like we're new customers trying to get over. They made a mistake and wont make it right. I'll update this as thing (dont) progress.
Kurt and his staff are amazing!! We do a lot of rescue work and have been using them for over 7 years now. I highly recommend them to anyone!!
My dog is always so happy to see her groomer and she always looks exactly the way we like.
Nice place! They cared for my dogs while I was in Vegas and neither dog had been boarded before. After looking at the place and talking to the staff I knew I found the right place. My dogs will stay here anytime I come to Las Vegas.
We were given a friendly welcome and gladly given a tour of the facility. I brought my dogs food, toys and pillow, which were welcomed by the staff. I have little dogs, which were kept away from the larger dogs at all times (this is their policy).
The minute we parked, this place emitted a warm and welcoming feeling. When we walked in, we were greeted by a nice gentlemen who was at the front counter. He gave us a run down on what the resort had to offer and what to expect. He got acquainted with our dogs while we filled out paperwork.
When we picked my dog up, I knew it went well, the woman at the front knew who our dog was, made a bunch of positive comments about her, and they had her stuff ready for us. Lucy did not seemed stressed out at all, was happily following the staff on a leash and did not accost me when she saw me. Thanks A-VIP!!
Who knew there were so many kennels in LV? I sure didn't until I did a quick search and had a huge list to choose from. I ended up picking A-VIP because of the reviews and you didn't steer me wrong. Turbo was comfortable in his private kennel. This was very important because he doesn't really get along with other dogs. We went to visit Turbo and the staff was very accommodating and helpful.
I couldn't be happier with the service I get here. They always treat Bella well, as if she were one of their own. My friends and I all use A-Vip Pet Resort!

Took my dog here and they did a nice job grooming her. The people here are very friendly and give good service. A little pricey but my dog came out smelling oh so good!
I bring my boys here all the time. The staff is very responsible and caring for my little guys. I highly recommend A-VIP.

I trust them to take great care of my dogs when I don't have anyone else to help me out. They treat them him so well and he is always happy when I come pick him up.
I always leave my puppies here whenever I have to go out of town on business. I never have anything to worry about!

I am so relieved that I have finally found somewhere that I can take my dog to without having to worry all day long if he is being treated right or not. He is happy as can be every time and that makes me happy in turn.
