We use A Cab to take my grandfather to and from his doctor visits when neither I nor my mom can get off work to take him. My grandfather loves them because they always come early and the two cabbies who come most frequently have become like friends. One time, my grandfather told us not to worry about picking him up because he wants to kid around with the driver about the driver's team losing so badly. He looks forward to the rides! Thank you for running a business that cares about people and serves an area where it is hard to get cabs - but for you!

I am a long time,regular user of A cab. Until I ordered a cab, 25 minutes later, I had to call again. She assured me they were close and would be here in a couple minutes. 20 more minutes later, I called again, after waiting outside in 108 degree heat. The dispatcher was EXTREMELY rude and claimed I hadn't called before! When I informed her I had, she only got worse! Then stated the cab was there,but he was told to leave me, because I didn't suck up to the dispatcher! He drove right by me and waved. Very unprofessional and rude. These clowns are the WORST!

Stay away from these folks. "Gregg" who gave a phone number of 702-845-3935, referred a friend of mine to a place with "escorts" and was ripped off (we need another $300 so you can go to the VIP room, We need another $500 to do your "bottom half"). You may say it served him right, but how many other times do they ripoff their customers?

A-Cab has always given me excellent service over the 1-1/2 years I'ved lived in Las Vegas! The drivers are mostly polite, chatty if I want to be, quiet if that is what I want. Moist of the taxis in Vegas arte not set up to accept debit or credit cards and their taxis are! Yes, it costs $3. extra to pay by card, but there ARE times when a passenger doesn't want to use cash, and it's handy to be able to use a card! I've had faster service from this Company than any other, the driver will come find me If I'm inside the pick-up location instead of standing outside, especially in the rain, cold or heat! After reading the reviews, it seems like either I've just had a lot of good luck or we're writing about different taxi companies1 My only wish is for them to be able to pick me up from other than the West side of town!

HORRIBLE !!!! RUDE !! WORST Choice you can make !!! My wife called to ask a simple question about getting picked up for New Years Eve. The girl who answered the phone was nothing but unprofessional, rude, and had no people skills. My wife told her she didn't have to be so rude,.. it's a simple question. The rep from this company called my wife a "C_ _NT" and hung up. My wife called back to speak with management and was put on hold with no one to answer. I went down to the office myself to speak with management personally. They didn't seem to care and said I could fill out a complaint. I did, and I will also contact the Taxi Authority on Monday morning. I will follow thru to make sure that the girl is fired !!!

Ghetto cab Co worst in Vegas.Drivers lack teeth and knowledge. I feel sorry for the employees who get screwed by the penny pinching owner.the cars they operate are sub par exhaust spewing junkers.their dispatchers are rude and play favorites.avoid at all cost call another Co.thease guys suck

Truely awful, We gave the cab driver an address to go to and he took us to the wrong place!! Then he charged us $20 for the wrong journey, we told him to forget it and take us back to the hotel. He was acting really hostile and horrible so we gave him the money ... then we rang the company to complain and get our money back and they were rude, they told us that they didn't 'like our tone.' When they robbed us out of $35 (including the wrong turn and journey back to hotel) ..... we rang and we rang but no one cared. Truely awful. Oh and the taxi driver couldn't speak a word of english.... TYPICAL.

What a great company!
What a great company! The dispatchers are friendly and the drivers are polite. We are a large company and have several out of town professionals come to our home office for meetings. I have been extremly pleased with the level of service provided by A-Cab. I have even been able to pre-order a taxi for a certain departure time. This level of efficiency has made a great reflection on our company as well as A-Cab. I now only use A-Cab for all our taxi needs. Thank you!

This taxi company is awful!
This taxi company is awful! I witnessed two of their cars crash in one day. (8/13/11). I, unfortunately, was one of the cars who was crashed into! One of the supervisors parked on the shoulder of an offramp and NEGLECTED to put his car in park when he left his car to go to the scene of his worker's crashes. In bumper to bumper traffic waiting at a stop light, the A-Cab 2011 Toyota Corolla backed into my BRAND NEW CAR that had been purchased THE DAY BEFORE. I now have to have the front and back driver's side doors replaced and the bumper. I only had to car for a day and this company RUINED it. In my opinion, they owe me a new car, but they refuse. They should be sued for negligence. This is an unsafe company and no one should risk taking a ride from them if their drivers can't even put their cars in park.

Fast and professional
Needed a cab to get home urgently. Cab arrived in less than 15 minutes and got us where we needed to be quickly. Fair rates and nice driver!

UNPROFESSIONAL AND VERY RUDE
I called a cab at exactly 3:25 pm tell me why I have to call the cab service at 3:48 pm and they just dispatched the cab driver at 3:40pm. So why would it take 15 min for them to dispatch a cab when he said he was just waiting. So i missed my appointment that I had plenty of time to get to had dispatcher actually done the job she cashes her check from, so I called them back yeah I cussed the chick out she tried to give me some lame excuse that didn't make any kind of sense, then they said we'll find another taxie service, 1 you can not tell me they were too busy when you don't put the call in for 15 min. 2 there is always a taxie cab begging for business and 3 if you want repeat clients you had better make sure you don't p them off by showing up 30 min late to an appointment. so bottom line if you are looking for a cab service look elsewhere its a waste of money and time better spent elsewhere, and I only put a star because it won't let me give them the zero they truly deserve. There are so many people who don't have jobs you'd think the ones that do would value it a little more.
