NEVER USE THIS COMPANY YOU WILL NEVER FIND THEM THEY DONT EVEN PRINT THEIR ADDRESS ON THEIR INVOICES EITHER WELL AFTER 4 MONTHS MY WASHER STILL DOES NOT WORK AND AFTER WHAT I HAVE PAID IN SERVICE FEES AND INSURANCE FEES I COULD OF BOUGTH A NEW WASHER...

No wonder they don't list there address. Stay away....

NEVER use this company! They came to fix my washer 5 weeks ago. They have been out 3 times -- each time they claim it is another problem. However the error code on the washer is still the same as before they even tried to fix it! It still does NOT work, even after they replaced the control panel and the motor(the washer is two years old and both worked fine -- it is a drainage problem!) They do NOT answer their phones unless you catch them at a good time, and they don't have voice mail! Unless you want to be ripped off, never have your appliance fixed, and have endless frustration do NOT call this company!!!
