March 1, 2010 I've been staying at the family owned Hitchin' Post RV Park since November, 2009 in my 5th wheel toy hauler. The staff and guests are very nice. You can join in or be by yourself. A favorite meeting place is the fabulous Steakhouse and Saloon right on the property within walking distance so no trouble having fun yet being safe with no driving! The food is expertly prepared, large portions priced reasonably. I've enjoyed their Saturday night Italian specials, mouth watering steaks and prime ribs, tasty salads and slaws along with the best real chicken strips lightly coated buttermilk battered 'tenders' I've ever had in my life! The grounds are well kept, the pool is huge and heated, very nice! The facilities are excellent as they are done in marble and red wood, clean, working and well kept! It is safe as we are behind a gated entrance. Easy to get to anywhere in the city offering a view of the strip so my Grandsons and I could watch the New Year's Eve fireworks right from the top bunk in our RV! It's a fairly quick hop to lots of places in CA as well! I was going to go to southern Florida after Daytona Bike Week but the monthly rates are two to three times the rate here at the Hitchin' Post so I'm staying here for the winter. I love it and I'll be back next year!
John Edelberg is one of THE best and MOST honest people I have ever met and had the pleasure of dealing with. His answers were spot on and he had incredible knowledge of the vehicles we discussed. John has been in the business for a long time and is great at what he does. I have purchased several cars in the last few years and ONLY do business with John. It's unfortunate that people like you are allowed to say such off-the-cuff remarks without any real knowledge of who he is and what he is all about. It would seem to me that you may have some deeper issues that you aren't speaking about and issues that should probably be addressed with a shrink. You should be banned from making comments about people you really don't know. The fact that you commented about a man who doesn't even sell cars but manages a department in the facility is ridiculous. Also...just for anyone who cares to read this...the review of RELIABLE AUTO SALES was written by Steven Ptak...the owner. So that's a review that is completely biased! Such a shame...the real creep is you and you are the one carrying bad karma on your shoulders. Hope you sleep well!
I went to look at a 2013 Audi, in Las Vegas Nevada, which had recently arrived. Drove and liked it however by the time I received an insurance quote, and had done some other shopping the car had been sold and no others were available in the vicinity. I discussed with my Salesperson, Robert, what he wanted to do, since I couldn't wait for months to order one and preferred not to travel out of town where others were available. They found a more upgraded one out of state and negotiated to have it shipped here, and at no charge to me. They were not under any obligation to do this. They also worked out a very competitive price which turned out to be less than I would have otherwise paid out of the area where I had priced several. I left a deposit and signed to have the vehicle transferred. A few days later the car arrived in good order, no miles, nor damages, clean, fueled, tested fine, ready to go. I completed the paper work, was not pressured to take additional items though I took some which I had previously reviewed. Robert went over the various systems with me and gave me a lift back from the airport. A+ all around so far!
