Very impressed! I visited Bellavue Medical for their Genesis laser treatment. I had a consultation with Dr. Mirchou and Angela Cole regarding my options and what the expected results would be. They answered all of my questions thoroughly and I was completly comfortable with my decision to proceed. The treatment itself was easy and rather soothing. Angela performed the treatment and made the experience quite enjoyable. She is very concerned about your safety and comfort (taking every precaution) while striving to achieve the best results possible. As I mentioned, I found the procedure to be soothing and aside from a wee bit of tightness and a dry feeling that developed a few hours following the treatment (a normal and expected occurrence) I had absolutely no discomfort associated with the laser treatment. Angela had warned that it is normal to experience some redness following the treatment but any that I may have had faded shortly after I left. In addition, the dryness I felt was easily resolved by doing some extra moisturizing. I had absolutley no "down time" associated with my visit. Immediately following the treatment you will notice that your skin appears "brighter" but the real results show up several hours later. In my case, I felt that my face looked fuller and less tired. My make-up looks better now and I am very pleased with these initial results. I will be returning in a couple of weeks for a follow-up treatment. The facility is very clean and calming. The staff is courteous and pleasant to work with. Dr. Mirchou and Angela are genuinely interested in their patients as individuals and clearly take pride in achieving the best results. I wouldn't hestitate to recommend Bellavue to anyone looking to try the Genesis laser treatments or anyone who may want to maintain or improve their appearance.

Since transferring to Dr. Perozek's "See Right Now" in early 2008, we have been totally amazed and happy that we could make an appointment, arrive on time, and believe it or not, be seen on time. That is a rarity in most doctor's offices. The staff is courteous, informed and helpful. The technicians are business-like and very efficient. Dr. Perozek is extremely knowledgeable and, as everyone else there, pleasant and easy to communiicate with and understand the diagnosis and expectations. We have felt that our exams and treatment at Dr Perozek's office are far superior and the results of our visits have given us valuable information so we are more comfortable with our respective eye conditions. We have never felt rushed or that we were taking up someone else's time. The results for Barbara have been extremely gratifying. The conditions that she has dealt with since 1986 is under a very comfortable control. Dr Perozek stated at the onset of our visits with him that he wouldn't be satisfied until there was total control. That is the first time anyone has been that concerned and followed through and attained the goal! The situation with Al is a totally different one and is also controlled. Our "comfort zone" has increased to the "5-star" point. We recommend SEE RIGHT NOW to all our friends without a moment's hesitation. We are so glad that our primary care doctor (Dr Larry Allen) recommended Dr Perozek to us and we have told him; he is very comfortable giving other of his patients the same recommendation he gave us.
While the nurse can be a bit rough (New York personality), the majority of the staff in this office does create an enjoyable experience. Dr. Karl has been my physician for years and provides a quality of service which has brought me and my family back over and over. It is important to note that he is a DO, not a MD, which stands for Doctor of Osteopathy. DO's employ osteopathic manipulation, which does adjust and move the muscles in the back. The manipulation can catch you off guard and soreness does happen, but ultimately the original pain caused by the muscle issue goes away and you feel great. It would be wise for you to research your doctor before visiting to see if this is for you. He has written a fairly understandble book for the non-doctor reader and does focus on back pain being the root of many problems. This is what makes the DO approach so unique, as they look at a unifiying cause to problems which can be corrected without surgery or never ending drug regiments. The doctor does require follow up visits in an appropriate manner, not looking to "milk for more money", but rather to actually maintain a quality of care for his patients. Being asked to return in a few months to see if medication needs to be adjusted or even removed to cure your ailment is a responsible thing and more doctors should be as thoughtful.
