Party of 4 went for breakfast on a Sunday morning it was not two crowded. A manager sat us and immediately we knew there was not enough server's. Our orders was taken and brought to us cold, butter did not melt on our pancakes. Never did she return to see if our food was ok! We finished and sat for 25-30 minutes with dirty empty plates in front of us. We ended up asking the host for our check. Never received it. Walked to the front still no check waited and waited. Ready to walk out only to be stopped by my 25 year old son that would not let me leave!! Asked for the check again someone asked the manager to come up front she finally rang us up without shown me my check??? Really?? I have never had such bad service, so unprofessional and not an apology or even offed to remove a meal from our bill...never to go back... good luck under qualified management! !! .ztu,.

with the suggestion of my server, she suggested this pancake. I wanted something not too sweet but not french toast, or waffles. This was a very good choice. Order it without the icing and I added a wee bit blueberry syrup, that just hit the spot. Unfortunately, I frequented another location and they did not serve it at that location so I left. So, I returned to the same location I ate at the first time, and I was a happy camper. YUM, YUM, YUM..........................
Because of the service. I'm sure if you've eaten at more than a couple different iHops you know what to expect with your meal. I've found that the food from location to location is pretty much the same. But what isn't the same is the service. This location rocks with their service.
