Carpet Green Clean folks via my Zip Code Magazine coupons for 89178. They were running a "whole house" special for 89.99. Now... YOU know better than to think a whole 4000 sq ft house is going to qualify for this sort of special so being the smarty that I am :-) I read the fine print and knew that the few areas I wanted done (4 total for me) would measure up to that 1000sq ft max on the whole house deal so I called and made the appointment. I had a concern about one area that needed special pet treatment and the drying time was ideal in my case. The receptionist here is super awesome. She listened to everything I had to say and didn't try to up-sell me anything (not even having seen my humble abode) and made the appointment for me for Friday 10-12. She gave me clear instructions that the person doing my carpet would call ahead on the day of service to let me know when he would arrive. And she was correct. He called at 932am to let me know he was on the way, I gave him the gate code and he was here before 10. I already knew that the "pet" treatment was going to cost extra so we nailed out the pricing before he got started and so I knew what I was in for before he even got started. Additionally I asked if they take credit cards. There is an additional charge for that convenience so I just ran to the 7-11 while he did the cleaning to get some cash from Citibank. The carpets look amazing, they smell great and it took the special floor one hour to dry with the fan on. Oren is very personable and easy to talk with. I would recommend him to any of my friends with pets. Sometimes you have a bigger home and don't realize there has been an accident until its too late to get it taken care of yourself. These guys can take care of that for you for sure.
I went out for breakfast. When I got home I Was astonished to find out one of my family members let the toilet overflow in our common upstairs bathroom. We were only gone a couple of hours and water was everywhere. The water was even leaking down through the ceiling into our garage, and had flooded the hall and two of our 4 upstairs rooms. I called my insurance company and they said to get someone out there right away. I grabbed the yellow the Orange Turbo Clean add. stood out to me. I called them. When Ben and his crew got there, they went RIGHT to work. The water stopped seeping into the downstairs garage and the carpet went from a swamp to slightly damp in a matter of a 20 min. He also went as far as using additional equipment to test the moister in the wood and monitor the humidity levels of the air. The blowers he left behind had the home dried by that evening. I was very glad I chose Turbo Clean. They were there fast and the techniques used to remedy the situation were very unique and modern. It's been months now, and there is no sign of any water damage.
