It took me weeks to finally buy my Maxima because I refuse to give my business to dealers who do not deserve it, too aggressive, no respect and still playing games with pricing. A co-worker overheard my conversation about my awful experiences and mentioned that I should try Planet Nissan. I called their sales team and was immediately surprised by the professionalism. All my questions were answered with a very brief conversation. I went down to see them and was able to confirm everything we discussed on the phone as I arrived. From there my decision was clear and easy; great service, efficient process and my price was better than expected. Doesn't get better than that. Great job guys, thanks for the relief!
We just bought a 2013 Nissan Altima and I swear we have never had such a wonderful car buying experience ever. We started off at Toyota and were given a sub-par deal; 12% interest and 4 grand on a trade in. We left scratching our heads because we knew our credit was better than that! The next day we went to Nissan and got 2.9% interest and 7 grand for our trade-in. Thaaats more like it! The 2 salesmen we dealt with didnt seem like salesmen in the usual sense. They werent like vultures, tryng to ram a deal down our throats. The finance guy was knowledgeable and funny, too. We will definitely return to buy our next car here and urge you to do so as well.
I purchased a 2014 Nissan Leaf from your Dealership on March 29th of last month. Gary and Art were both sale people who assisted me with my purchase. Needless to say, both Gary and Art did an outstanding job of explaining all of my options and all of the vehicle’s features. The Leaf is a complicated vehicle, as it has a lot of technology built into it, but Gary took the time to become familiar with it so that he could explain it to me on the day of delivery. In fact, his service didn’t stop on the day of delivery; it continued on for several days as he called, emailed and texted me to make sure things were going well with my new vehicle.
I have my agents cell phone. Julia explained my coverage. I am paying more now but I have much better coverage. I did not realize my prior company did not have uninsured motorist on my policy. Luckily nothing happened but I may not have been covered. They told me I had full coverage so I thought I had everything. I called out of curiosity and they set an appoinment to go over my current coverage and do a quote. I own a home and have a business, my other agent knew this but still had me insured with 15/30/10. Now I understand what I am paying for and have much better coverage. Oh, and her office is cool..
I'm a high school student about to graduate and I was looking around to buy a new car. I stopped by Planet Nissan and was surprised at all their friendly staff! They were straight forward and very resourceful, didn't talk in any roundabout confusing way. The manager even came out to help me make my decision and they gave me good deals as a high school student :D (I did research later to see how much other dealerships were selling it for and it was around that price, or cheaper) I highly recommend this Nissan because of their super outgoing and friendly, yet not pushy at ALL, staff and service!! P.S. I love my car!
If you are considering using this company for insurance here are just a few reasons not too. Rates continue to go up although you may be accident and ticket free. If you plan to use them for liability only they will not help you or even answer questions regarding an accident even if your not at fault. No explanation charges on your policy. Payment reversal request done when the company feels like it regardless what the tell you on the phone. Many many more reasons. Pay a little more and get a better policy from some where else. And you can't ever get through to them on the phone.
I loveeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee.............. this dealership. They're the best ;) Did I mention that I love my 2011 nissan altima too. It's the best, most reliable car ever ;) I love my car and the service at this particular location. Additionally, I recommended my parents buy one too. They loved their experience too. I've been to other locations and this one can't be beat. I would recommend traveling to this location in the las vegas area even it is a distance for you. You'll be that much happier with their services and cars.
I bought my 2012 Nissan Altima in August of 2011! I had a great experience from A-Z. They didnt hassle me with my trade in and actually gave me some of the trade-in money for part of my down payment! They really did all they could to get me into my car. Since I have bought my car, I have had great service with oil changes and tire rotation. We have been all over the US since my spouse has gotten home from deployment and whether we are in North Carolina or San Diego, the service is GREAT! I cannot wait to buy my next Nissan!

He was very pleasant, positive, understood my needs and most of all not pushy when it came to making the sale. What can I do to get your business today? He asked, I told him, he gave me what I wanted and I bought a car on the spot. I felt like he had my best interests in mind and never tried to 'over-sell' me. Jesse is probably one of the reasons why Planet Nissan in Centennial Hills is rated so highly in the country!
