A thank you to Megan and the Best Buy store # 122 I am a published author and I have several novel’s written and holding in my computer. I have backed-up parts of them to C.D. but I was negligent in backing-up some complete stories. My computer took a nosedive, leaving me quite distressed. My wife and I took my computer to the closest Best Buy store, where a courteous employee greeted us and tested our computer. He informed us of possible reasons for the computer failure. He gave some suggestions for repair and also explained that he could save my lost files by transferring them to a new machine. Moving to the computer department we were greeted by, Megan another very gracious and informative representative of this Best Buy store. Megan listened to our description of what we were looking for and presented us with several options. Megan did not attempt to pressure us for a purchase. After several mind changing attempts, we purchased an e machine. She assisted us all the way through the purchasing procedure. Megan needs to be recognized for her outstanding and professional abilities. We thank you Megan. The men working in the Geek Squad department should also be mentioned for their courteous and knowledgeable assistance. Thank you store 122 for serving Las Vegas. Keep up the good work. We called this company on the review from Angie's list they had 4 stars. A technician came to my home named Triston. This guy was awesome. I had called the Geek Squad and got a quote of $300.00 to recover my data and fix my drive. Triston got the data back and put a new drive in all for $150.00. I was very very please. I called thier office to have them do some work at my office on my server. They sent a Guy named Christian out. WOW this kid was brilliant. He fixed our issue with the email and added passwords. This company gets 5 stars as far as I am concerned. I would use again and have left the same feedback on Angies list. I wish there were more companies like these guys.
I was getting ready to play my Wii one night and was having an unreadable disc error issue. I didn't know what that meant so a friend told me to take it to Vegas Repair Video Game Repair. I gave them a call and they asked me to bring it in so they could check it out and provide a free estimate. Shortly after dropping it off, I received the call with the free estimate. It was a reasonable price so went ahead with the repair. It was much better than having to buy a new Wii. I was able to get my Wii back quickly and didn't even have time to miss it!! It worked like a charm and I appreciated the staff explaining things to me in a way I would understand.
