Dr. Zimmerman and his staff are exceptional. I was referred by a friend and now I am a loyal client. I originally went in for coolsculpt. I had great results and have gone back for different body parts. Debbie who runs the coolsculpt program is a lovely woman who knows her stuff and makes that machine perform magic! I was so comfortable at this beautiful and friendly office, I went back for laser hair removal. Jayme explained the process and I began hair removal of armpits, legs and my girl parts. During this painless and quick process, I asked about other services they provided. I have had botox and fillers in the past at another establishment. I decided to try it here since I was so impressed by the other services I received. Jayme is amazing. She is the nurse on premises and assists Dr. Z with all surgical procedures. She knows anatomy and the right places to put the injections. Her placement of fillers and botox is so strategic that it makes them work brilliantly. She said something to me that has resonated to this day: "I don't want people to look at you and ask where you got your work done, I want them to say "You look fantastic, you don't look like you have aged at all". After one of my laser treatments, I asked about what could be done with my neck. My mother has extra skin and jowls and I knew it was just a matter of time before this would happen to me. Jayme said a laser neck lift would be the least invasive and give me the results I was looking for. I went for a consult and met Dr. Z. I had heard so much about him from the conversations Jayme and I would have during my laser treatments, it seemed like I already knew him. He was so personable and his "bedside" manner was impressive. He was thorough and quite willing to answer any questions I had. I felt so comfortable with the consult that I booked it for three weeks later. That experience was awesome. It has been one week and my neck and jawline look amazing, even though I still have some swelling! With this procedure, I get lymphatic massage. Rick massaged my neck and jawline, working out the stiffness and some of the swelling. My neck felt amazing after he was done. Very nice and very professional. Last but not least, is Laura. She runs the front desk and does scheduling and check-in. If you ever want to smile, just talk to Laura. Not only is she extremely efficient, she has a fabulous personality. Her customer service skills are fantastic and complete the circle of superior service at this fine establishment. I would recommend this entire staff and their services to anyone.

The most important critic in this whole review is my daughter. Since she gave it a five star review, I will do the same. I only wish that they would have had something like this 30 years ago for kids visiting Las Vegas. When she returned, we also got a $5.00 coupon for her next excursion. From the communications with the very professional and knowledgable office staff to the joy that my daughter showed as she returned, my experience with this company has definitely been five star. I also forgot to add that parents are more than welcome to accompany their kids on the trips. But what's the point of going along if you want to get some alone time in Vegas with your spouse or lover? It's nice to know that parents are invited though. For $79, your child gets transportation to the scheduled sites, lunch (the trek to the Springs Preserve includes lunch at the Springs Preserve Cafe, a Wolfgang Puck restaurant), a snack and a free gift. All of this lasts about seven hours. The free gift she got was a disposable camera which she used to take pictures of her excursion to the Springs Preserve and the King Tut Putt Putt Course. You figure, you might be paying an in room babysitter more per hour than you would Our Turn Excursions and your child will be bored by being kept in solitary confinement in the hotel room. All in all, a great value considering what your child gets The next time we go to Las Vegas, we will definitely book another trip for our daughter with Our Turn Excursions. I can't say enough great things about them. I would suggest this company to any parent visiting Las Vegas with their kids. Believe me, your child will thank you for it and have a lot to talk about.
I decided to go around and check out the Dr before I went to see him myself. I saw good and bad reviews on him. I decided to go in and see him and in my oppinion he is great. He was the nicest Dr I have ever seen. He listened to what I had to say, he asked me questions, he talked with me the entire time, and he really cared about me and how I was doing. There were a few downfalls to his office though.... He has a small waighting room. He does need a bigger office so I asked the girl at the front desk and she said as soon as the lease is up, they do plan to move into another office that is much bigger. They do the best with what they have. I cant fault them on that. My only other complaint is the waight. I waighted a total of 35 min. If you think about it he is a "shrink". He is there to listen and help you. Now that I think even more about it how can he set an exact time that each patient will be seen? He cant. He does not have a set routine to follow and he cant just say OK, your time is upo get out right. I understand now. That makes me feel better and makes me realize that he is really there for the patients. He does not rush them off he gives them the time we need to say what we have on our minds. I think him for that. I say this because most of the complaints are about the waight to see him, try to think of it that way and maybe it will make you realize why and why that is a good thing and not a bad thing.
