Tuesday Morning

I usually enjoy going to Tuesday Morning. With its new location near the University where I work, it is even more convenient. But I have to comment on my poor experience this week. First I walk in and the two workers are complaining and making fun of a manager they said was going to come by. That in itself is very unprofessional. They were not standing next to each other, so speaking loud enough for customers to hear. Then I dropped a bottle of lotion i didnt realize was glass and it broke. Yes it was a big mess. When I dropped it, the two workers just looked at eachother like what an inconvenience to clean up, and judgemental of me. The female worker came and looked at it and kept going on about the mess and how the smell was making her sick. If it were me, I would have said, "don't worry about it, we will clean it up!". Her complaining finally made me say, well it's a good thing I didn't buy it, if you say it smells so bad! These employees need more training in customer service!
