Love this place its has the biggest selection of musical equipment in Las Cruces. Staff was friendly and helpful with my questions. Will definitely be back!

Had a very good experience renting our daughters instrument here. Previously we were renting through White's Music Box and we always had horrible customer service. Here at Mesilla Valley Pro they made us feel very welcome and its nice to know after renting for a while we will own the instrument. Renting is month to month but payments can be put towards the purchase which is fantastic! There is a service/damage fee every month but covers the cost of repairs or if you damage the instrument which can be expensive to repair. It's like $5 per month and included in the rental fee you pay every month. The owner Sid is the one who helped us and he was great! 5 stars!!!

These people charge outrageous fees left and right. They charged us to sign a contract! Then there was a leasing and service fee, a bank processing fee ($16!!!!) and a mandatory monthly damage fee. Returning our instrument and never doing business with them again.

Had good phone support. I am new to the music stuff but when I asked for information about violins I was giving very good info and was even told they could order it for me.
