Friendly Flowers & Tuxedos

If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would! This place is absolutely terrible. Terrible product and even worse customer service. Please stay away from this business. I ordered online and what the recipient received was not even one tenth as nice as what the picture looked like. I called to complain and the woman was extremely persistent about her bouquet being as nice as the pictured flowers despite my vehement protests (it was not at all...she didn't put nearly as many flowers as the picture and she didn't put the bow on the vase like in the picture, which is honestly part of the reason I got that bouquet in the first place!). After a few minutes of disagreeing with her, she finally said she would deliver a new bouquet the next day and try to make it look more like the online picture.



When she delivered the new bouquet the next day (which kinda ruined the occasion anyway since part of the reason anyone orders flowers is to mark a special occasion/day and delivering a replacement a day later kinda defeats its original intent) she demanded the original bouquet back! When she could not have it because the recipient had already taken them home the day before, she took back the replacement bouquet! How rude, inconsiderate, and embarrassing! As an aside on customer service... I have dealt with http://proflowers.com many times in the past and the one time I was unhappy, they were glad to send a replacement bouquet the very next day and did NOT take back the old flowers. I do not know what kind of a business "Friendly Flowers" is trying to run, but I assure you, it is a terrible one and one which does not live up to its name of "friendly." Please go elsewhere for your flower needs or you will be just as unhappy as I am.

What a shame that this business thinks that the customer is always WRONG!! Shoe rentals for tuxes are old and nasty and DEPOSITS ARE TO BATTLED AND GUESS WHO LOOSES!!! You can count on the staff to give you the runaround with the owner taking NO responsibility. I lost money but hey I GET TO WRITE THIS REVIEW!!! I would never rent a tux again much less buy a daisy from this business!!
