We have had this company for many years and every time they come are very pleasant and friendly. Very professional and know what they are doing. Worth all service which we get pest and termite and it has helped over the years. Thanks to all of the staff for you service.

Paying $450 per year for a termite warranty for years and years. Have had infestation twice now in 6 months. Traps doing nothing. Had extensive wood damage tha last time. Does the warranty help pay for repairs? No! All they do is come out and treat free of charge. Yes, the treatment that didn't work the first or second time. Had our "tech" Ron come out today after we had them swarming all over the house two days ago. He's coming back with someone now on Thursday that actually can determine what type of termite and how much damage has been done because he's apparently not qualified to do so. I will be terminating this joke of a company on Friday! If you are concerned about termites is your home, steer clear of Homeguard. They're completely useless and totally incapable.

I had a big problem with subterranean termites at my home. Homeguard took care of the problem super fast. They put their bait stations around my house and got hits on them in less than a month. After a very short time, they eliminated my termite problem. My technician was very knowledgeable and freindly. He really went the extra mile to treat my home with care. I signed up with their indoor service now too. I will never use another company. Homeguard is the best I've ever had.
