        Overall

        Office area was a complete mess, waiting room and exam rooms are not clean, entire staff were unwelcoming. Vet was in the middle of explaining what might be happening to my pet when his cell phone rang. He stopped talking and replied to the text. Didn't apologize or excuse himself. Unprofessional.
