Garbage. Agreed to the terms, signed the docs took my car home. Next day they called saying I needed a co signer AFTER all the LEGAL DOCUMENTS were signed and I had the car? Absolutley not. Idiots.

Worst service ever! The company I work for had my feet vehicle delivered to this dealership. My point of contact was Felix Garcia. I call him over a month ago. He gets my information and told me he would call me as soon as he located the vehicle. Weeks went by, I go by, he says the vehicle is in the back but he needs days to preform a delivery checklist, he reads my information back to me and tells me he will call me on its done. I never heard frim him, I go by, the vehicle is parked in front of the dealership, I go pick it up, a Mr. Vela interjected and says he is not in today. I ask to talk to his supervisor and am told he doesn't have one. Mr. Vela goes on to say he has his own hours due to not having a boss. Mr. Vela makes the fact that I can't get my vehicle my fault for not comming the day before.

Great experience with staff and especially our car salesman (Ricky). Always willing to help to get you the vehicle you want. Manager very humble with satysfying a customer in any way he can. I would definitely go back and buy a new car with them. I recommend anyone to make a purchase there.

Worst place ever. There is this white, obese, white guy by the name of Gabriel Gonzalez who flirted with me the entire time I was there. He is male and I am male, married 20 years, 3 grown children, he is obviously gay. If your a straight male, STAY AWAY FROM HIM AND HIS ASSOCIATES!!!! I'm not reporting this to Sames, I'm going big, BBB and the attorney general. Sales people should be taught to keep their personal life to themselves!!!

The only place to buy a car in Laredo is Sames Auto. They have great service and honest people unlike a few other dealerships in Laredo. No need to go to San Antonio, Sames Is Here!

Took my car in for an estimate to repair my sunroof. While there, I mentioned I was interested in trading it in for a new car. Two weeks later I decide to get the work done. Put a $600 cash deposit down to order the parts, then get d**ked around on the phone for half a day. Finally get my car in and I have to get a rental. Next day I get a call that another part broke during the disassemble and that it was $59. I said "You expect me to pay for a part you guys broke." To which he said, "well it broke sometime between then and 2 weeks before when I came in for the initial estimate." Ok, fine. No way to prove anyway if they broke it or it actually broke on its own and it's only $59 more. On the 3rd day they have my car, I get dropped off by the rental company. It's a Saturday and they have 106.1 out there and Sames has a BBQ going for customers. Car gets fixed, I pull it around from the service building to the actual sales building because I was serious about trading in and buying new. Me and the salesman check out the Mazda3's (first choice), then we're heading over to check out the Ford Focus' and then next to the KIA's when I decide, I've been there all morning and haven't eaten, been d**ked around for 2 1/2 days and then just spent $1,500 cash total on my sunroof repair...I'm going to get myself a nice plate of food. The tool cooking the food tells me the fajita is for the employees and then plops down a $0.25 soyburger on my plate. Seriously? You're going to blow a $20k sale over a $5 piece of meat. Also, they couldn't provide me with my 1st choice, but the salesman wasn't very enthusiastic about getting me interested in another vehicle, which made me less enthusiastic about buying. Granted, it was a Saturday and I was in a T-shirt and shorts with a dingy White Sox hat on, so I guess I didn't "look" like a buyer. The company I work for though buys all of our company cars from Sames so I thought I would have a good experience. If they trust them, maybe I should to, but the entire experience has me looking at San Antonio dealers now. I guess to sum it up, expect to be treated like s**t there unless you're a business owner or come dressed like you have money if you want to have any kind of real and friendly customer service.

Sames Collision is a large company that gives poor service to customers. This company cannot keep up with the cars they recieve. They dont care whether there customers have transportation while they fix there cars. Vehicles could be in the lot for months before they repair them. None of there employees last because people complain for the bad work the company provides. I rate this company at a 0 star rating company.
