Pizza Hut

My total order was $24. I included a $7 tip (I purposely made the tip a bit high because I felt bad for how hot it was outside) yet my debit card was processed for $82 the next day. I called and spoke with an employee along with the manager and neither one of them seemed to have any clue what was going on. I was asked to bring in a copy of my personal bank account statement so they could see the proof of the charge. I live in Houston and told them I can email a screenshot of the charge along with the original receipt from the order. She said she would instead try calling the Pizza Hut credit card company because she has no access to previous charges and needed proof that I was actually charged the $82. HELLO I just said I have the charge on my bank account. The "manager" seemed as though she could not care at all that someone in her store did this and was in zero hurry to try and remedy the situation. All this tells me is that this store is run by a bunch of thieves.

Worst customer service EVER!! Pizza Hut manger named Jesus was extremely unprofessional & rude. I placed an order online with a coupon I received in my email and I get a call back stating they cancelled my order because they ran out of the chocolate chip cookie so I tried reordering my order (inconveniently) at another location & my coupon stated it had been redeemed when it had not because my order had been cancelled. I spoke to the manger named Jesus & explained the situation to see if my coupon could be reinstated because I had not redeemed it and he aggressively & disrespectfully, yelling, stated that the order was cancelled & he couldn't do anything. He is supposed to be a manger & yet he can't do anything? Or maybe he just didn't want to do anything about it. Pizza Hut hire professional people who know how to do SOMETHING & who have people skills & not some lazy idoit named Jesus!

Good pizza. Don't order the wings.
