Quest Diagnostics

Needed blood work done asap. Went in during hours stated on the door. A sign stated to sign in and ring the bell. There was no sign in sheet, pens or bell. I knocked on the door but no answer. I said "hello?" twice - no answer. The imaging company sharing the office would not acknowledge my presence. There was tint on the window but I saw her clearly and she looked right at me but ignored me. After a few minutes I left.
