  We've had nothing but great experiences here. They always get our car in, worked on, and out the door in such a short time. In addition, they always call very quickly with information and an estimate, and they do great work. They have proven themselves through various encounters to be very honest and fair, to the point we have been surprised and even offered once to pay more for all the time they... read more once spent on a very difficult problem that was hard to diagnose in our car (they only charged a very reasonable amount for the repair of the problem itself, not all the extra time/work spent on other things trying to figure this out.) The prices we have found to be very competitive/reasonable and the customer service is excellent. Once we tried this place (based on online reviews we had read) we've never taken our cars anywhere else for a repair.

  I first learned about Professional Fleet Services from my wife, who had Sam do some work on her car. I am looking to keep my car in good running condition until I can pay it off, and I needed somebody to give me an honest picture of my problems. Sam was very understanding about my budget. He looked over my car and told me what the problems were. He spent a good 20... read more minutes on the phone with me, not only telling me what needed to be done, but explaining exactly what would happen if it wasn't fixed, how long he thought I might be able to wait, and helping me to prioritize. He's been very willing to work with me, as I need to break the repairs up into phases due to monetary concerns. The fact that his shop is constantly busy, yet he takes the time to talk to customers, tells me that he is highly trusted and in great demand in the Lansing area.   Sam put the PRO in Professional!

  I have been taking my SUV to Sam at Professional Fleet for the last two years at the recommendation of my son. What a great decision! My beloved Chevy (circa 2002) was falling apart because of the harsh Michigan winters of 2005-2007. I had left it in the driveway all winter during those years. I have no idea how Sam does it, but he has managed to keep me on the road and... read more has bent over backward make sure I have the most cost effective, quality parts for my SUV. He even hi-jacked a very hard to find part from one of his workers' basement. I have never felt hassled or stressed about how to manage payment for repairs, and my car has been repaired and returned really fast! I truly appreciate knowing that my car is in good hands and I am looking forward to having my next vehicle serviced at Professional Fleet Svc World-there's a real family feeling over there!

  They really know what they are doing at this repair shop. The work on my car was done "good and plenty." A very good job and plenty fast to get me back on the road. The staff is friendly and caring.

  I am so excited this place exists!

  I am always impressed by my experiences with Professional Fleet. Their customer service is exceptional from the moment when you walk in the door to long after you leave. You are always greeted by very friendly people in the shop and on the phone. They take time to really listen to the problems you describe and are even willing to ride around the block with you in your car to help understand what... read more you mean. They are honest about the work that needs to be done and try to come up with various alternatives that can save you money. They explain everything in ways that I can understand (and I don’t know much about cars). They take responsibility for their work; if you have questions about anything, they will drop what they are doing to make it right. It is obvious to me that customer satisfaction is very important to them. I trust them and will continue to take my car there for as long as I live in the area.

  Outstanding service.

  I switched to Professional Fleet Service after unhappy (read: dishonest) dealings from another Lansing garage. In short, they were recommending work that was unnecessary, and doing a poor job with repairs. I went to PFS, and found Sam a darned hard worker, honest, and willing to go the extra mile to provide you what you need -- without trying to coax more out of you. I recommend him, recommend his garage, without qualification.

  Very good service from Professional Fleet! I have had work done on several occassions and have always been truly satisfied. They did a great job with my car at a respectable price and were very friendly throughout the process. My car was in and out within a day and they really did a great job beyond my expectations. I would highly suggest you visit them with any automobile need!!

  great service, and fast!

  Sam got my work in quickly and did a good job. He and his workers are kind and have very reasonable prices. They are open about explaining when things are necessary and when you can afford to wait to get a particular repair done. I have recommended their service to co-workers and will continue to do so. they really went above and beyond for me. Thanks again, Sam.

  Quick Honest Repair

  I have a '99 Honda Civic and went in with what I thought was a muffler problem. It wasn't, but they explained it to me, showed me the part, and fixed it very quickly and it was cheapest car repair I've ever had! Also, because of the age of my car, he did a thorough examination and explained other things that could be done to it, but never pressured me for extensive service... read more that I did not want at the time. And I felt he did not take advantage of my very slim knowledge of car repair! Thanks guys!

  Professional Fleet does great work. Very knowledgeable, they have every answer you need about anything. They get things done fast and on schedule, if you need your car back by a certain day Professional Fleet WILL have it done. They do things right the first time so your not coming back to fix the same thing. I cant stress enough that they do things right and tell you what you need to hear... read more the FIRST time, they don't cut corners. My F150 and my previous truck, a silverado, have been in for all my work that needs to be done. Great customer service, great warranties on all parts, its all around a good place to go. i would recommend it to anyone who wants it done right, NOT poorly.

  An auto repair shop your mom can trust!
