One Stop Auto Parts & Service Center

My car was towed to one stop because it wouldn't start. The staff was very courteous & professional. My fuel pump was the problem, which I suspected, and the fix it with no problem. I felt they were honest & the price was reasonable.

don't go there. Ordered a wheel they said it would be in the next day they received the wrong one had to reorder then after 8 days it comes in and they gave me a whole $5 off on the $89 wheel for my inconvenience. this will be last time I go there, I should have ordered it from Shroyers as in the past.

One Stop Auto were there -- when I needed them to be. A supercharge for a 1993 Park Ave. Ultra is hard to find, with low miles on it!

We used the sister company Wreckerman that does the towing and the they told us one price did the tow then called to say they were charging us more I told them no and told my bank not to allow any more charges from this compay than what had already been done. So have threated to sue. I have asked for a reciept more thatn once was told when I pay the additional money that they wished to charged me My attorney called and they told her that they would give it to me so I called them again and they yet again refused. Also when they called to notify me that they were chargin more mind you after the services were complete my boyfriend was still with the wrecker driver helping him load another car tow on the way back to our apartment stay away from these companies.

This place is such a rip off. I am so angry. They talk like they want to help you out but they rip you off. They did repairs to my car then they didn't even call me to let me know that they where gonna charge me more. So to get my car out I had to pay them more!!!!!!!! What a rip off. I can understand if they would have called me and said this is what we need to do... Instead they tell me to come get my car ( WHICH I PAID IN FULL BEFORE THE REPAIRS!!! ) and try to tell me I owe them for repair which I did not authorize! Well i paid for my car becuase I needed it but I am not done with this company!!!! I have never dealt with such a unproffesional place. I would not reccomend them to anybody!!! In fact I have hired an attorney and will spend more than what it cost to prove that this place is a rip off. I REPEAT DO NOT TAKE ANY CAR TO GET REPAIRED HERE!!!!!!!! COMPLETE UNHONEST PEOPLE!!!!! ESPECIALLY THE SO CALLED OWNER MIKE!!! OR SO HE CALLS HIMSELF!!!! Please do not go through what I have!!!! Save your money and your time!!!!!!! Also as they are advertising that they are with the bbb.org I took the time to look into there status.
