This company is run by a dishonest man. I was told the work would be done under warrantee. The broken part that was replaced was turned over to them to process the warrantee. Several months later (after the part they replaced also broke and was replaced by another company) I am recieved harrassing phone calls demanding payment. Today, employees from Hack's came to my work demanding payment or threatening to remove the lock. I actually had to call the police to get them to leave. Buyer Beware.
