I have been in private practice as a clinical psychologist for 30 years. My approach is eclectic, meaning I utilize a variety of approaches to psychotherapy in an effort to best assist my clients in reaching their goals. My areas of specialty include anger management, mood disorders (depression, bipolar disorder), anxiety disorders (OCD, generalized anxiety, PTSD), ADHD in children and adults, and relationship counseling. My practice employs the use of biofeedback, along with the more standard talk therapy. Biofeedback allows users to gain control over physical processes previously considered automatic. This technique is especially helpful in treating a variety of problems from migraines to ADHD and anxiety disorders.
