        Delta Flowers sent a completel...

        Delta Flowers sent a completely different bouquet then what I ordered. I wanted something special for my wife, as she was having a special occasion. I checked their products online, and asked them if they had the flowers to make the bouquet. They said, “yes”. I attached photos above (what I ordered and what was received). I was very let down because it wasn’t what I wanted for my wife. When I called, they didn’t have any solutions. They only offered to drive to her work, take the flowers away from her, redo them and then redeliver after the special event. Think about their solution. What a horrible way to celebrate something special, to get flowers, to have them taken away, and then have different flowers delivered later. I will not be using them again.

        I recently had to order some flowers for a good friend who was having a difficult time. I stopped by Delta Flowers for the first time. I was very impressed with the friendly customer service that I recieved from the young lady who waited on me. The flowers that my friend recieved were beautiful & exactly what I had asked for! I would highly recommend and will personally use Delta Flowers again.
