I first learned about Professional Fleet Services from my wife, who had Sam do some work on her car. I am looking to keep my car in good running condition until I can pay it off, and I needed somebody to give me an honest picture of my problems. Sam was very understanding about my budget. He looked over my car and told me what the problems were. He spent a good 20 minutes on the phone with me, not only telling me what needed to be done, but explaining exactly what would happen if it wasn't fixed, how long he thought I might be able to wait, and helping me to prioritize. He's been very willing to work with me, as I need to break the repairs up into phases due to monetary concerns. The fact that his shop is constantly busy, yet he takes the time to talk to customers, tells me that he is highly trusted and in great demand in the Lansing area. I look forward to working with him, and I know he will take good care of my car and my wallet.
When looking for a new vehicle my husband and I stopped into Crippen. Scott Kemp pleasantly greeted us. He listened to my needs for a vehicle, and then went to work to find me the perfect one. I am always impressed by my experiences with Professional Fleet. Their customer service is exceptional from the moment when you walk in the door to long after you leave. You are always greeted by very friendly people in the shop and on the phone. They take time to really listen to the problems you describe and are even willing to ride around the block with you in your car to help understand what you mean. They are honest about the work that needs to be done and try to come up with various alternatives that can save you money. They explain everything in ways that I can understand (and I don’t know much about cars). They take responsibility for their work; if you have questions about anything, they will drop what they are doing to make it right. It is obvious to me that customer satisfaction is very important to them. I trust them and will continue to take my car there for as long as I live in the area.
