This is the second vehicle I have obtained from Shaheen. This time it was a new 2014 Cruze for my granddaughter to drive. I had leased a 2014 Malibu from the same salesman. Usually I find the process of obtaining a car from a dealership to be quite stressful. In this case it was almost a pleasant experience (Taking on debt is never really pleasant). We had called ahead to the salesperson (Roger Fowler) and he was ready for us when we arrived. After a test drive and our agreement to lease the Cruze Roger took over and pretty much had everything ready for us to sign the papers and take the car the next day. He even went over the car beforehand and found a couple of blemishes that he said the dealership would fix. My granddaughter is now driving the car and is extremely happy. All we have left to do is return to the dealership so Roger can go over all the capabilities of the car ( she wasn't available when we picked up the car or he would have done it then). All in all a very good experience.
When looking for a new vehicle my husband and I stopped into Crippen. Scott Kemp pleasantly greeted us. He listened to my needs for a vehicle, and then went to work to find me the perfect one. I wanted an Encore, a new Buick vehicle. Scott searched out the exact Encore with what I needed. He did this timely and always making me feel that I was the only customer he had to work with.
