        Rude and unprofessional employees. Made to order food was wrong and cold. Took 30+ minutes to even get my food. Do not plan on returning.

        Excellent customer services - very efficient and friendly staff - they are always smiling, and very helpful. Very clean restrooms, and the store is always very organized and clean - very well-trained staff! My husband and I visit there often from out-of-town. We only ever stop at SHEETZ when we travel, but this is by far the nicest one we have ever visited - thank you!!
