Budget Blinds of Lancaster, New Holland and Lititz

I have worked with Budget Blinds in the past and always had excellent customer service, however the last time that I decided to use this company the customer service was anything but excellent. Unfortunately I will not be using this company again due to its lack of customer service. The installer that came out to my home to install my blinds did not take any of my concerns seriously. I did not want a bare ladder on my new hardwood floor due to scratching however he refused to listen and come up with a solution. When I called into the office to express my concerns with how I was treated I was blew off by the office girl also. When I invite someone into my home to do work for me I expect them to listen to my concerns and work thru them with me.

My experience with Budget Blinds was very pleasant. It all started when I called in to ask a few questions. The receptionist was very nice and informative. She answered my questions on the spot and that allowed me to set up an appointment on that phone call. We set up the appointment for the next day with Randy, the owner. When he came in, we spoke, he understood what I wanted and what I wanted to spend. He then showed me some examples. To make a long story short he gave me a great deal on a great product. He understood my concern about time and he put a rush on them. The blinds came in earlier than expected, which was great. The day of the installation, the guys were on time, quick, clean and very courteous. All in all, the experience with Budget Blinds was great.

I particularly appreciated the extra time he took to explain all of the details and specifics of my installation. The end result exceeded my expectationed. THE BEST window treatment store! I have bought many window treatments over the years from a variety of stores-Lowes, Costco, Blinds to Go, even interior designers--I will never buy from these places again. The Blind Spot is a superlative store that is family owned. They are knowledgeable, friendly and when everything is said and done is less expensive than their competition. Since they make solid recommendations, coupled with their knowledge, you are getting the benefit of their extensive expertise-better than interior designers. I recently bought window treatments for my entire house from them and spent a considerable amount but it was nothing compared to an estimate that I got from an interior designer. I highly recommend the Blind Spot--a fun shopping experience. This is a real asset to our great town of Lititz
