Asked that everything be put on truck for dryer install, would pay for that and extended warranty, just wanted no problems on install day. Josh tells me that it is an every day occurrence-truck not stocked! I must call mgr to get them back out. They took old dryer (with pedestal, not to be taken) , tried to MAKE ME sign paper saying all ok, and no no copy for me. If I want to document their late arrival, I can take a photo. Told all to John Gordon, Mgr, but second truck is a rental Third time, I am hot. Jen says my dryer will be delivered on the back porch with a POLICE ESCORT coz I was mad the truck, just the same. SO embarrassing. I had called the store, AND 800 number to say thanks to John Gordon, am I sorry someone got a pin, and a compliment over this fiasco! Jen was antagonistic, argumentative, rude, not informed, and condescending!!!
