For the price I paid for this deck, it really makes me angry that it doesn't look very good. Jeff blew me off when I expressed my concerns with the deck two days after it was done. A year later and the wood started spreading, bowing, and even breaking in a spot . I've called Jeff several times, left messages with his wife Jennifer and he never returns my calls. Three years later we are looking to have someone repair this deck for us. A few cuts on the wood are sloppy and not what you'd expect from a company. He did not pre drill holes causing the wood to split. All I wanted was for him to replace the tops of the rails and 3 boards. I was even going to pay him. He refuses to call me back. That is bad customer service! I have recently heard that I am not alone. He is famous for this. I wanted to add more pics but it won't allow me to post more than one..
