Loved this place. Cool and fun family atmosphere. Excellent steak, ribs, burgers--even salad and fish for the health conscious! The salmon and talapia were both very tasty. The staff was very attentive and courteous. Chef Drew and his wife Lorraine are great hosts also.

It was after my third time dining out at Texas Cattle Company here in Lancaster that I felt compelled to give it the praise it is due and write a review. I was aware that the restaurant had new owners and that a few changes were on the way. The good news is that everything that was a favorite on the menu remained and that some of the good, got even better. By better I am referring to both the quality of the meat and the service. The new owners actually came by the table to say hello and the friendly servers we remembered from before were still there to assist us. I took a date there and they treated me like a king. Both of us were pleased. By now we have had the tri-tip, the chicken, the prime rip (yum), and more than a couple of the many great burgers offered. The last time my family was searching for a place to dine they chose this restaurant and they had a special area for large parties like ours. It's now our regular gathering place.Will we be back? Heck yeah!
