Lancaster Cemetery

Lancaster District Cemetery is a very nice cemetery - peaceful - pretty - and the employees are pleasant. BUT, and this is a big BUT...even though the cemetery is supposed to be open from dawn to dusk - the security company closes the cemetery at whatever time fits into their rounds. I enjoy visiting in the evening in the summertime. I have been asked to leave numerous times a half an hour before sundown...which is - I don't know - at least 15 minutes before dusk. I have complained to the cemetery staff, the security company, and the cemetery's board of directors - all to no avail. They all say they will fix it...but no one does. As it is to hot to visit in the afternoon, the evening is better. Or would be better if I didn't have to deal with security threatening to call the sheriffs.
