Their rates and charges are fair, compared to US Bank. Update 8-14-12 tried to deposit a 15K educational IRA in my acct. they said my son had to have an acct there, to make the deposit, although my name was on the check. I justed added my son to my acct. (something they did NOT mention I could do.). I am sure they just wanted a new acct to be opened, too bad. One more stunt like that, and they can Kiss My A... I will go elsewhere (cost them 2 stars)
