World Nails

I visited this salon today with my daughter who is in town for the holidays. Trying to have a nice mother and daughter day together.The young man that was doing my nails was very rude.He was hurting me while doing my nails than he just got up without saying anything and left. I sat there for quite awhile wondering what was happening. Finally when my daughter was finished I was just going to pay for her and go somewhere else to have my nails finished another man said he would finish my nails.When I asked him what happened to the other guy they told me he was probably outside smoking. I seriously have never experienced such horrible customer service ever. I would absolutely not recommend this place. Also I might add that the man that finished my nails stopped to file his own nails than continued to use the same file on me! Horrible!

I had a full set done. They look terrible. My 5 year old paints my nails better. I will never go back there again.

I can't say anything bad about world nails my whole family comes here. A great place with great prices

Went here to get my gel nails balanced as my regular salon was closed for the holiday weekend. When I called, there was no greeting, just a muffled "how can I help you?" They were very busy, but I was taken after about 20 minutes. The technician did not speak to me at all; he also left twice (without saying anything to me) while doing my nails - once to use the restroom and another time to apparently eat a quick lunch. He also took a personal call on his cell phone while doing my nails.



Overall, he did a nice (and quick) job on my nails themselves - but rushed through the painting and drying process and my nails ended up smudged. Will not return.

My mom and I have been coming here for years now and service has always been great. There clean and there work is great and also the prices are to. There always friendly and polite.. I love this place..

This spa is not worth your time to go to. They do not make you feel welcome or try to engage the customer in anyway. They don't speak hardly any english which in itself can make it very difficult to enjoy your visit. Also, don't expect to be taken care of right away even if you did make reservations...That's my main irritation about this business. I expect to be put first before ANY walk-in since I reserved my time long in advance! I ultimately left because I was so rankled. I'm not a person who complains but this was just unacceptable. So I urge everyone to find a different spa.



Also, they use a tool on your feet this is illegal in the state of Michigan..Just thought I would add that in there as well.
