Great company to work with for all property needs! The company deals with rentals, HOAs, and sales.

This company has been in business for over 50 years managing thousands of single-family homes as well as Condo and HOA Associations. With that, the only rating is a man complaining about gutter cleaning. Unfortunately, people think if they do not see the gutter cleaner (if they are not home) they don't think it is done. As soon as he complained, we called the contractor and the owner of the company went out personally and cleaned them again. Since you can't see inside gutters, typically, if they don't actually see the service being done, people don't think the service has been provided. We have made a suggestion to the contractor that his company leave something at the house letting the resident know that the service was provided and the date. Unfortunately this person was not convinced that the service had been provided so that is why the owner of the company went out himself and cleaned them again.

This company uses contractors that charge for work that is not completed. This happened to us more than once with supposed gutter cleaning. If your live out of town do not use this company if you can not verfiy that work you have been charged for has been completed. And do not expect a refund from the contractor that did not do the work they charged for or for ERA to help you get your money back because they do not care. They also do not check up on your house as often as they claim. Bottom line do not trust this company to care for your property.
