Horrible, horrible, horrible.

i had a body wave done, they burned my hair.

It took me months to be able to stretched my hair.

I reported it, mgr. was supposed to call me, never heard from him. I reported it to the company didn't even say they were sorry.

I still gave a good tip to the person thinking after washing my hair it will be better.

They deserve to get closed.

I prefer the ones in Cleveland Heights even if I moved to Lakewood.

They are okey in customer service but at least they do a better job.
