        Overall

        My appointment went very well. The person removing my stitches was careful and attentive to any pain I might have been experiencing.

        She gave me clear instruction to wash the wound with soap and water now; to leave the bandage off while in the house and to NOT pick

        the scab. She was sweet and I trusted her..............that is so important...........trust. She made me feel totally comfortable and she presented

        herself as quite competent......and that helped me to relax. Thank you for having such a professional team. I'm handing out your cards to

        people I meet everywhere !
