Road Runner Movers

I am in SHOCK and AWE in the most unsettling way. We used Road Runner Moving in 2009 and again in 2011, we referred them to my father in 2009 all with great experiences and wonderful reviews so, I referred them again to my Mom and step-dad with no concern. Road Runner Moving just finished moving my mom and it was a horrible experience! They didn’t wrap anything or use any blankets….they damaged so many things and EVERYTHING is dirty. I am flabbergasted, stunned and so disappointed! I am embarrassed I referred them and cannot believe how rude the owner Jeanie and Rueben one of the movers was! They underbid the job and didn’t bring a big enough truck. They tried to charge for their error and wanted nothing to do with the damage they caused. Jeanie went as far as screaming at my mom and calling them liars. I know what great condition all their furniture was in; I just saw their new house and the new paint. They caused damage to the drywall and denied it! I am a small business owner myself and would never imagine treating a client in this horrible way. Don't ever use Road Runner Moving you will regret it.
