Worst experience ever!!! Watch for Brett (little guy in big glasses, aka. minion) at first impression he is friendly, polite and nice even will tell you “incredible stories” about his business and clients but in reality he acts like mentally ill person with bipolar. Minion will lie and eventually steal your money by his fraudulent business practices and you don’t want to know how ignorant, arrogant and vulgar maniac he really is.
Good advice: Stay away from this bully monster and don’t even stop by at his place, just go to the people next door who are normal people and trust me you will be glad you did!!!
If you decide to still visit this shabby place ask that nerd why he got kicked off of his lot in Denver??? He will never tell you the truth, that his very bad reputation was the reason why his former land lord wanted him out so badly and that is why minion moved to Lakewood.
BTW If there would be an option to give minion no star in here or better yet negative I would do so without a single heartbeat.

Friendly knowledgeable sales staff I have bad credit but with a good down payment Brett got me approved for the car I wanted. And when my check engine light came on the mechanics checked it out right away and repaired it the same day for free. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a used car

The worst experience with purchasing and the aftermath me and my fiance have ever had. Have had trouble getting the actually title, Vin numbers not correct 2 times going to DMV. Promises of paying the taxes and then showing up at DMV and not paid. Not keeping track of our payments and not extending the temp tags. Just absolutely horrendous service and they feel like they've done nothing wrong. Please do not ever buy a car here or suggest it to anyone.

I was told to take down my review or thet will suew me. Big dealership vs. The consumer. I guess they win. You tell the truth and they threaten to sure.

We purchased a 2001 Chevy Truck The next week we had to bring back to Denver because it was using coolant and overheating. They changed the clutch fan and said that was the problem- of which we paid for the fan and labor to fix. It was not the problem. We took it into a local repair shop in and spent $780 the next week trying to burp the system - had water in fuel - and needed ball joints and tie rod ends. We drove the truck on vacation to Wisconsin where it continued to have the problem. Had to leave truck for head gaskets repair had to rent car and miss work. Called B Quality and told them what happened, they assured us they would make it right. We continued to call and email with no results. They even ask for the receipt of repair and we sent but have not heard a thing. The cost of repairs were over $4,000 We had trouble getting the title as well from them and had to extend our temp tag.
