Not an Honest Company..... BEWARE::If you are contemplating working for Haven Corporation! It only took three months for the first of my pay checks to bounce a week after I cashed it, it was returned to my bank with insufficient funds. One month later they gave me a second bad check, this time I was smart and went to their bank and was told there was no funds available. This company does not have good business practices; I worked in the office and saw how crooked things were run. This company is run by a husband/wife combination and they ALWAYS look out for each other. The wife (Tatiana) does most of the husbands (Daunte’s) paperwork so that he can have most of the clients. I believe that the so called owner Daunte takes most of the case load for himself and only gives the clinicians the clients he does not want to deal with. The clinicians are required to hand in all paperwork BEFORE they can be paid, this is so that checks can be held hostage….I’ve personally seen it happen many times. Once checks are finally distributed to clinicians some will actually go through while others will be returned. It’s a very bad way to run a business….then again I did find this job on CRAIGSLIST. I thought it was a blessing, but it was a blessing to put in my resignation.

Trashy office in trash area. Supposed to be a mental health or counseling company, but was interviewed by one of the guy's wives who did not even know anything about mental health. Company is trash with maybe 3 actual employees and 20 contractors that are praying that Haven Corporation's checks actually clear this month. Save your time and keep looking, poor pay, drive all over Colorado for 13 bucks an hour in your car and have access to on one therapist who is a Dunce who has been a therapist less than two years and hires anybody.



Sorry, I forgot about your place until today and saw a response to something I wrote. Sorry, I have moved beyond this. I am not a community organizer so I don't know you mean by that, but if you don't pay your people and try to hide behind a contract's fine print it usually will catch up with you sooner than later.



As far as holding my hand well lets just say my career, ambitions and success in life has required no hand holding and if you would have got to know me you would know that I am successful. I could have helped you more than hurt you. However, COS small-time hustling did not work on me for even a month and I kept a backup job and kept doing my small business because of the vibes I was getting concerned me. You have a good concept, but poor execution and organizational issues that are simple fixes, but will likely be ignored which will leave your organization vulnerable to losing contracts to more efficient, stable and professional organizations in the future. I admit your organization has given me ideas to discuss with some of my partners in the coming year, both the good (county contracts), but also the bad. Stop replying and fix your contractor issues so people don't take to internet with their frustration.



As far as not being able to do the job, I have done a lot tougher jobs than that in the past, but then again those jobs actually paid me in a timely manner.

This is response to JustConcerned ( Jamal Cotton). Mr. Cotton I would advise you to explained to the social media public the total reasons for your depature from Haven Corporation. That you couldn'tdo the job and decided to quit on the mental health clients that you were providing services. It's obvious that you are not familiar with contract ( actually needing someone to hold your hand) work and the self motivation that goes into this work. I'm excited that you have found your dream job of community organizer ( sense you continue to emphasize this in your posting ) and thank you for leaving the $1000.00 dollars on the table that you continue to distort the truth in why this was not paid to you( broken contract) obviously you are not so smart to let those monies owe to you go by or you understand legally you didn't have a leg to stand on. So in the future Mr. Cotton give the whole truth of a situation and then your opinion can be validated.
